We want you to feel fully included in your child’s early education journey. That’s why we encourage you to participate in our nursery events, activities, and workshops. Your feedback is crucial to us as we continuously strive to improve and provide the best environment for your child.
To enhance this partnership, we have recently introduced the role of Parent Information Co-Ordinator (PICO). Each nursery will have a named PICO to liaise with parents and ask for their views on our service. Your ideas and suggestions will help shape the future of our nurseries as we grow together.
We will achieve this through:
- Regular meetings, workshops and information sessions.
- Offer guidance on early childhood development and parenting strategies.
- Co-ordinating activities such as stay and play sessions, celebrations and community events.
- Encourage parents to contribute to their child’s learning journey on the Famly app, uploading observations, photos and videos.
- Engage parents in home learning opportunities.
