Dean Close Little Trees is delighted to announce the appointment of Karen Green as one of the new Regional Managers, working closely with Charlene Burgess as the Group Operations Manager.
Karen began her Early Years career 31 years ago and joined Dean Close in 2018 when she was appointed Nursery Manager of Little Trees Lansdown Nursery.
This new and exciting role will allow us to ensure the very best quality of care and education is maintained and or exceeding standards within our existing Little Trees Group. Karen will be heavily supporting each of the Nursery Managers within the Cheltenham and Gloucester cluster.
A further announcement will be due shortly to formally introduce the new Regional Manager supporting our Chepstow and Newport cluster too.
This is a very exciting time for Little Trees with an emphasis on ensuring children receive the best early childhood experiences that we can provide.

Dean Close Little Trees is delighted to announce the appointment of Charlene Burgess as the new Group Operations Manager.
Charlene began her career 10 years ago with Dean Close and in 2017 she was appointed area manager of the new Little Trees Group. She has championed the reputation of Dean Close Little Trees and often works closely with the regulators and local authorities.
This new and exciting role will allow us to launch our expansion plans for the Little Trees Group, recruiting two new regional managers to assist with this growth as well as enhance the support within our current settings.
We look forward to making more exciting announcements soon.
We currently have six nurseries across England and Wales. Our ambition is to continue to expand and increase our provision of early-years care. We plan to open new nurseries and acquire nurseries that share our ethos and passion for delivering excellent childcare.
