Nursery Roles

Nursery Manager

As a Nursery Manager, you will lead the entire nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance. This senior role involves overseeing staff development, managing operational and regulatory requirements, and creating an environment where both children and staff can thrive. Ideal candidates have significant early years experience, leadership skills, and a Level 3 qualification (or higher).

Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager supports the Nursery Manager in running the day-to-day operations. You will lead staff, monitor quality, and ensure smooth delivery of the EYFS/Curriculum for Wales, stepping in to manage the nursery when required. This role is perfect for experienced educators looking to grow into a leadership position while still being hands-on with children and staff development.

Early Years Team Leader - Qualified

Early Years Educator - Qualified

Early Years Assistant

Lunch Cover - Flexible hours

Lunch Cover roles offer flexible working hours, typically around 11 am–3 pm, ideal for those seeking part-time opportunities. In this role, you will support children’s care, learning, and daily routines, helping ensure a smooth and positive environment during the midday period. This position provides the chance to be hands-on with children while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Zero Hours Bank Staff

Zero Hours Bank Staff are a vital part of the nursery, providing flexible support to cover absences and ensure smooth, consistent care for children. This role is ideal for those who need flexibility, allowing you to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle. You’ll support children’s learning, care, and routines while gaining experience across different age groups, contributing to a safe and nurturing environment whenever you’re on shift.
