Vicki Weyman - Deputy Manager
Vicki has been a valued member of the Little Trees Tutshill team for over five years, having also previously worked at Little Trees St. Arvans. She is a Qualified Teacher for children aged 5–7 and holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare. With over ten years of experience working with children, Vicki has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise through various roles, including Early Years Educator, Team Leader, and Deputy Manager.
Her extensive experience across a variety of settings has allowed Vicki to cultivate a nurturing and engaging approach to early years education, ensuring every child feels supported and encouraged to thrive.
In her free time, Vicki enjoys taking long walks with her dog, playing mini golf, and exploring the UK, where she combines her love of adventure with her passion for photography.
To support her, she has a highly qualified and experienced team. Her staff are dedicated to giving young children the care and attention they need to aid their social, emotional and intellectual development.
Our nursery workers are up to Level 5 qualified in Childcare and Education or are working towards or beyond this qualification. We offer training and continued professional development to all employees.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All our employees undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. Every member of staff is trained in paediatric first aid and child protection, giving you added peace of mind.
