Sara Guerreiro - Nursery Manager
We are delighted to welcome Sara as the Nursery Manager at Little Trees Tutshill. She has been passionate about working with children since the age of 15 and holds a degree in Childhood Studies. Sara brings a strong commitment to child development and high-quality early years education.
With over five years’ experience working within the NHS, Sara has developed a thorough understanding of children’s wellbeing and the importance of working in close partnership with families. This experience shapes her nurturing and inclusive approach, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and valued.
Sara believes children learn best when they feel secure and inspired. She is dedicated to creating an environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence, allowing each child to flourish and reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, and going on adventures with family and friends. She brings this enthusiasm for exploration into the nursery, embracing every day as an opportunity to learn and grow alongside the children.
To support her, she has a highly qualified and experienced team. Her staff are dedicated to giving young children the care and attention they need to aid their social, emotional and intellectual development.
Our nursery workers are up to Level 5 qualified in Childcare and Education or are working towards or beyond this qualification. We offer training and continued professional development to all employees.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All our employees undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. Every member of staff is trained in paediatric first aid and child protection, giving you added peace of mind.
