Hayley Downing - Nursery Manager
Hayley is the Manager of Little Trees Day Nursery St Arvans. Hayley started her career as Early Years Teacher, owner of her own nursery and a Childcare Assessor. Her favourite thing about her job is watching the children flourish. When she is not working, she particularly enjoys spending time with her own family.
To support her, Hayley has a highly qualified and experienced team. Her staff are dedicated to giving young children the care and attention they need to aid their social, emotional and intellectual development.
Our nursery workers are up to Level 5 qualified in Childcare and Education or are working towards or beyond this qualification. We offer training and continued professional development to all employees.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All our employees undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. Every member of staff is trained in paediatric first aid and child protection, giving you added peace of mind.
