Nicola Morgan - Nursery Manager
Nicky is the Manager of Little Trees Day Nursery St Arvans. She embarked on her journey at Little Trees in 2021 having had 20 years of experience in Early Years and managerial roles within the sector.
What Nicky loves most about her job is the opportunity to work closely with both children and parent's, forging strong and positive relationships that are at the heart of our nursery's ethos. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her family, out on dog walk adventures with her two four-legged friends and exploring cities around Europe.'
To support her, Nicky has a highly qualified and experienced team. Her staff are dedicated to giving young children the care and attention they need to aid their social, emotional and intellectual development.
Our nursery workers are up to Level 5 qualified in Childcare and Education or are working towards or beyond this qualification. We offer training and continued professional development to all employees.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All our employees undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. Every member of staff is trained in paediatric first aid and child protection, giving you added peace of mind.
