Amy Welsh - Nursery Manager
Amy is our new Nursery Manager at Little Trees St Arvans and has been a valued member of the Little Trees team for the past seven years.
She previously worked as Deputy Manager for one year, following her progression from Nursery Practitioner to Room Leader. Amy’s journey reflects her passion, dedication, and commitment to providing high-quality early years education, and we are delighted to see her step into the role of Nursery Manager.
Amy’s favourite part of her role is watching children grow in confidence and knowing she has helped create a safe, happy environment where both children and staff can thrive. With experience at every level of nursery practice, she is deeply committed to creating a nurturing and engaging setting where children can flourish.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys going for walks and spending time with family and friends.
To support her, Amy has a highly qualified and experienced team. Her staff are dedicated to giving young children the care and attention they need to aid their social, emotional and intellectual development.
Our nursery workers are up to Level 5 qualified in Childcare and Education or are working towards or beyond this qualification. We offer training and continued professional development to all employees.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All our employees undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. Every member of staff is trained in paediatric first aid and child protection, giving you added peace of mind.
