Sarah Cannings - Nursery Manager
Sarah started her career within childcare in 2011 when she graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a degree in Early Childhood Studies and has since worked in various nurseries working her way through from deputy at our Little Trees Lansdown alongside Karen, to managing Hucclecote.
Sarah’s favourite part of the job is the changes that we make to each of the children each session they are in, and how different the days are.
To support her, Sarah has a highly qualified and experienced team. Her staff are dedicated to giving young children the care and attention they need to aid their social, emotional and intellectual development.
Our nursery workers are up to Level 5 qualified in Childcare and Education or are working towards or beyond this qualification. We offer training and continued professional development to all employees.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All our employees undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. Every member of staff is trained in paediatric first aid and child protection, giving you added peace of mind.
